Takeaway terms and conditions
October 2026 version. Seller: SAS SUSHILINE, 1B rue des Magasins, 67640 Fegersheim, 03 88 51 26 90, contact@chammie-sushi.fr.
1. Scope
These terms govern takeaway orders placed on chammie-sushi.fr for collection at the restaurant.
2. Ordering
The customer builds a basket, chooses a collection time, enters a name and phone number, reviews the summary and confirms with the “Place order (payment on collection)” button. An acknowledgement is displayed and e-mailed if an address was provided. The order is final once the restaurant confirms it, on the tracking page and by e-mail. The restaurant may decline an order (stock, rush, unrealistic time); the customer is informed and nothing is charged.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros including VAT. Payment is made in full at the restaurant on collection (credit card, cash, meal vouchers). No online payment is requested.
4. Collection
Orders are collected at the restaurant at the chosen time, during opening hours. More than 30 minutes after the collection time, freshness and availability are no longer guaranteed. To change or cancel, call 03 88 51 26 90 before the collection time.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Allergens
Mandatory allergens are listed for each item before confirmation. Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen handling all 14 allergens; mention any allergy in the note and on collection.
7. Alcohol
No alcoholic drinks are available for online ordering.
8. Complaints and mediation
Complaints should be sent to contact@chammie-sushi.fr. Failing an amicable solution, customers may refer free of charge to the consumer mediator: [TO COMPLETE]. French law applies.
