What data, and why

• Takeaway orders: name, phone number, e-mail (optional), note, order content and collection time. Purpose: prepare your order, confirm it and reach you if there is a problem. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
• Service security: an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address is stored with the order to prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Audience measurement: anonymous visit statistics, without cookies or cross-site tracking. [TO ADAPT if analytics are not enabled.]

Retention

Order data is deleted automatically 30 days after the order. No data is used for marketing.

Recipients

Your data is processed by the restaurant and its technical providers: the website host [TO COMPLETE] and the e-mail delivery provider (Resend, Inc.). It is never sold or shared.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object. Write to contact@chammie-sushi.fr or to the postal address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
