Game rules

1. Organiser

The “Lucky wheel” game is run by SAS SUSHILINE, operator of the restaurant Chammie Sushi, 1B rue des Magasins, 67640 Fegersheim, on the premises, through a QR code on the tables.

2. Free entry

The game is free and requires no purchase. It is open to any adult present at the restaurant. Each person may play once a day on a given device. No account and no personal data are required.

3. Online reviews

The spin is offered as a thank-you for posting a Google review about the visit, as declared by the participant. The content and rating are free: the draw and the prizes do not depend in any way on what the review says, and a negative review gives the same chances as a positive one. In line with French consumer law, the restaurant discloses that reviews posted in this context received this reward.

4. Prizes

The draw is random and made by the website’s server. The prizes are:

  • A free drink — Soft drink, tea or coffee, ask the team today.
  • A free coffee — Ask the team today.
  • An iPhone 18 Pro Max — The jackpot! Show this code to the team, who will arrange the handover with you within 30 days.
  • 10% off the menu — On the all-you-can-eat menu, valid 30 days, show the code.

Every spin wins a prize. The jackpot (iPhone 18 Pro Max, indicative value €1,500 incl. VAT) is handed over at the restaurant within 30 days, on presentation of the code validated by the team; no cash alternative. “Today” prizes must be claimed on site within 3 hours of the draw by showing the code to the team, who validates it. The next-visit discount is valid 30 days. Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded or combined with another offer.

5. Duration

The game runs with no end date. The restaurant may suspend or end it at any time without compensation.

6. Data

No personal data is collected. A random identifier is stored on the device (technical cookie) to limit play to one spin per day; the connection address is kept in hashed form to prevent abuse. This information is deleted after 60 days.
